I bought the clear 0.25mm line, it is actually 0.28mm when you measure it. I have only used it once but it seems OK. Hope this helps!

Probable that O stands for Orange color of nylon. The product is very good, I bought it transparent and I use it for the shock leader to cast with the rotating reel. A greeting.
