Striker Vivid 9sv is a Garmín GPS with ideal cartography for those days of fishing. The screen of this equipment is 9 ”and has a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels. One of the characteristics of this model is that you can choose between the 7 new vivid color options to visualize the fish and the structure.
This electronic device is waterproof and has a power of 500 W (RMS). To improve its functionality and catch more fish, turn on the waypoints feature. Its storage system supports up to 2 million acres of 1 ”contour maps. By connecting with the ActiveCaptain application you will be able to transfer waypoints, you will receive smart notifications as well as the software update and you will access the Garmin Quickdraw community.

Striker 9SV review

This is an excellent little unit for the money. I previously had the striker 4CV + on my boat & switched to the striker 9 SV & it’s not even a comparison as to how much better this one is. The transducer shows everything so much clearly & with more detail. I was very disappointed with the CV on the striker 4, but the CV option on the 9SV is so much better. You can easily make out rock piles & logs & brush using the SV option & the traditional view is way better to it shows so much more details than the gt20 on the striker4. It was a lot of money for me to spend on a fish finder but I’m delighted I got it in the end my day’s out are more enjoyable now I can see exactly what the bottom of my local lough looks. I can highly recommend this unit to anyone looking to upgrade their striker series of fish finders as it’s the only kind I’ve used
