I would like to know the inner diameter of the Hart Individual Rod Holder, to know if the rods I have fit me?

All the rods fit inside the only drawback is that if the rod is heavy it tends to slip it must be at least 30mm

I suffered a stroke some time ago and was left with the use of only one arm. I’m trying to find a way for me to fish without one of those contraptions that you stick in the ground. Can I actually fish and use the reel while wearing the rod?
