I bought a jacket, they send me the tracking link. For a week they indicate that it is delivered every day, they do not respond to I have email, chat.... SEUR, of course, also ignores it. While it's not a down, the fleece makes it warm enough. It breathes quite well, so it is usable for many months of the year (although perhaps not appropriate for the colder days of the year). It is somewhat narrow cut, if the child is "stout" you have to be careful with the size.
