Be careful when picking it up

The rod looks very good quality for the price it has, but you have to be careful when picking it up because the third and fourth rings as you pick them up with blows bend because they collide with the previous section already collected, to solve it I put insulating tape to let the tape crash first

How much weight can it lift. Is it good for mackerel fishing in the port?

I don´t know how much weight it can hold but it works perfectly for mackerel fishing. It has already been used for this fishing on the wall of Foz do Porto and it was fine. It is normally used for fishing barbel in the river and being a fish that uses a lot of force, the rod behaves perfectly well.
