Does this require any other 'Hub', other than power input to operate ?

The i40 is 100% interchangeable with the old ST40, you just have to cross over the plugs from the power supply, log and depth sounder transducer.

In June 2022 I replaced an old st40 with a new i40 and connected the existing depth and speed sensors to it. Works great, you just need to cross the connections on the i40, everything fits. Gr, Marc.

The hull must be polyester or fiberglass and the transducer must mention this facility. On wood, epoxy sandwich wood metal and concrete, it does not work. Glue with silicone because epoxy is very difficult to remove. What is your transducer?
