I bought it because a friend has it. Good padding, ideal size for 420 rods. I use a 150 hard case without padding for starts and I put several directly inside with the cases so they don't hit each other. Great price quality. Do not use it as a single cover, it is not waterproof.

Excellent fabric and protection for the reeds, but the dimensions are not well designed. They are not valid for rods of 4.50 - 3 sections. On the other hand, the width is too wide, and in a cover you can get to put almost 3 rods, 1 in each department.

Meanwhile, all my surf rods packed in such bags. It is not better. 3 individual compartments for each section. Nothing is broken or scratched. Even Big 40's KWAG rings swallow this bag
