Not sure this is neoprene: looks and smells more like normal rubber. Regardless, it is excellent material for large repairs on wetsuits.

How do you use the product about my broken wetsuit? The inside and my wetsuit is opencell. Is it only for nylon covered wetsuits or for opencell and should it be applied with heat or with glue? No instructions followed with the product.

You have to use glue. This one is not pre-glued ones that can be applied with heat. However, not sure if this is best to be used for wetsuit. I mainly use it for drysuit.
