The new double lacing Dual Fit System allows you to adjust the comfort and precision of the fit in the different phases of use:a traditional lace for maximum comfort while walking and a fast lacing to increase sensitivity in the climbing phase.
The Vibram Approcciosa sole with Megagrip high performance compound provides maximum grip with a specific design for climbing.
Also available in a womens version suitable for the specific female plantar anatomy.

Aku is always synonymous with quality and comfort

Already owner of an Aku Trekker Lite GTX, I can only confirm the sensations I have already had with the previous boots. On top of that, the tongue is now even more padded than what I have. I was hesitant about the sole, but I saw that the Vibram Curcuma is now the most used and therefore I hope it offers the same grip as the previous ones. I can definitely recommend Aku to those who want grip, comfort, zero blisters and non-sore feet even after 8 hours of walking from a boot.

Bought these as a present for my boyfriend, he's really pleased with them - he's been away for a week in the Tatras Mountains in November where he put them through their paces. Goretex did it's job to keep his feet dry and grippy rugged soles coped well with the mixed terrain.
