Thetis 7003 serves for vertical shaft winch?

Hello, I bought the Thetis 7003 and upon receiving it I realized that it does not have instructions for mounting it on a vertical axis hoist. Can it be adapted? Do you need another sensor? Thank you

A separate sensor is included, with which you can measure the rotational speed of the axle or sprocket. By adjusting the constant you will then have the correct number of meters that the chain is out.

Hello, I have a 12.30 meter sailboat that has an anchor winch control both on the bow and on the wheelhouse. QUESTION 1) If I turn on the Lofrans Thetis 7003 and descend again from the wheelhouse command (instead of from Lofrans Thetis 7003) are the meters still measured? 2) What range in meters does the Wi-Fi have. 3) Do you need an electrician for assembly or can it also be done by an amateur? I´m sorry but I don´t know the answers. Regarding the installation, it is not very "Plug and play" since you have to install devices on the windlass to measure the chain. Maybe you will find more answers in the manual: file:///C:/Users/usuari/Downloads/Manual_THETIS%207003.pdf
