size good, color perfect, thickness simple, flags and line quality poor, 5 links (eyes) + 1 for towing.Inflation seems difficult (hard) to me, you need strong lungs. Inflation pipes and caps have good quality.

Can’t inflate the buoy well

The mouth on bottom side only can inflate the balloon in middle while the surrounding still remain flat. I noticed that there is also a mouth on top side but it is being obstructed which I can’t blow any air through that mouth. How can I inflate the buoy fully?

Hello, it is to put water and make a counterweight, it makes the buoy more stable, it prevents the wind from moving it too much!
