Fine-tuning of wind, wave and baitfish movement is then done by the angler himself via the smart touch mode. The Battle Sounder features digital dynamic bite detection, a very sensitive adjustable tilt alarm and a snap back alarm. The integrated boat mode is an absolute highlight of the Battle Sounder. It allows the angler to use four different sensitivity settings, which is extremely useful when fishing from a swaying boat. The high-quality cone speaker can be set to any volume, and the bite indicators can be muted meaning that bites will be indicated only via the receiver and the LEDs. The unit also has a night light function. The Battle Sounder has extremely low power consumption and a built-in low battery warning indicator.
