Technology
- HVF:A reduction in the quantity of resin used and increased carbon fibre adhesion during the hot-polymerising stage.
- X45:This manufacturing process involves layering spiral carbon fibres (90°), unidirectional fibres (0°) over three layers and two layers of carbon as helicoidal opposites (45°). These two crossed layers give the name Bias Cross Wrap. The wrapping of X45 guarantees true elasticity: a return to the original shape of the blank irrespective of the angle of load.
- MICRO PITCH: A micropigment finish is hot sprayed during the wrapping of carbon sheets. This removes the need for varnish, offering less weight and more sensitivity
- Exclusive Reel Seat:Daiwas engineering department has developed Daiwa-exclusive reel seats which fuse innovation with Fuji® elements.
- FUJI O Guides:Fuji O Ring guides boast an aluminium oxide ring and a modernised frame lighter still than the previous generation.
- FUJI:The FUJI logo is linked to a Daiwa rod featuring at least one FUJI element, whether its a reel seat or guide. In the lure weight options I see two for the 1.83m rod: 5-14g and 5-21g. How can I confirm that I put the 5-21g in the basket? I want a measure no greater than 1.95cm but medium or medium heavy action.

Ordered 2.13 test 3-10. The test is really underestimated, from the marking it is “light” and the test should have been 5-15, within these limits the spinning feels great!

Everything is right and in time. With 2 departures. The cane is very good with a pointed and rigid action, it moves the walkers very well. 2.4. ac: 7/28. I have already tested this rod, the truth is perfect, I have the one from 14 to 42 gr. Also, it weighs nothing, I recommend it 100 x 100.

Hello, the 4000 is a bit big in my opinion. The ideal reel size is 2500 or even 3000 for this excellent Daiwa Cdlt rod

Good day. For 4000 spool and 7-28 test - I would recommend spinning 2.44 or 2.74. 2.44 - a lake, a small river. 2.74 - a big river.

Technically you can but unfortunately you don’t need to,I would prefer the 2500 or the 3000 to get better through results ,I would prefer pe line.1-.13 mm max finally it’s for spinning not jiging. Good luck

On the 2.13 5-21 spinning rod I use a Shimano 3000C reel, which is almost the same as 2500.

A 2500 reel is ideal for this rod. I am using size 2500 reels (Daiwa Airity and Shimano Sustain) for this rod, 2.10 5-21 gr. and for the 2.10 of 7-28 gr. and they combine perfectly.

The item is exactly as pictured. I've received it 2 weeks ago and enjoyed every moment fishing with it. A friend of mine had it and he was very confident while hooking the fish, pulling it out.... so i followed his suggestion and purchased one for myself and another one for another friend of mine. 2.5 kg bonito pulled out with ease! 2 kg barracuda, no problem....Definitely recommend it!
