Got the rod after a month ....which is expected ...I live in israel very good rod for a small price .... The only down thing was the packing ... The rod was packed in a long semi hard paper tube.. That was crushed and bent during transit ... I was very lucky ..the rod was intact to my surprise ... I would have attached pics but I don't have this option.. The next time I order a rod I will insist on plastic hard tube or I will not order... too much risk of damage.

Yes, I have it and it´s wonderful for a lot of depth in boats, maybe not, but the best beaches and breakwaters there are.

It is an excellent rod for its characteristics, but it is not a rod that you can tug of war with. I don´t think it should be used to lift squid and cuttlefish from piers. But I repeat that it is an excellent tool.
