For Tradeinn, site always as serious, fast shipping, very competitive price, for the product, very good impression of seriousness, quick handling, the associated GARMIN apps are user-friendly. Coming from a bad experience with a non-satellite product, there at least I feel safe, hiking alone and very often outside the telephone network, I have at least one product that allows me to stay in contact with my loved ones and get out of trouble if necessary. Subscription a little high, but the investment is minimal compared to what it can yield.

So far I did not really test the device in detail, but both quick delivery from TradeInn and service from Garmin were flawless. The device seems to be exactly what I expected. I am planning to use it in the mountains and during freediving... hope I will never need the emergency button...

Product corresponds to the description. The handling is very intuitive. The price of Garmin is quite high, but I wouldn't want to be without the security that this device offers for open water diving and hiking. I noticed that the device cannot get the perfect location in the car, even if it is placed directly on the windshield. But that's understandable, since there wasn't really a clear sky. All in all, I am very satisfied with the device and luckily I haven't had to use the SOS function yet.

The InReach Min i 2 is really nice and small, the first steps with the app on the smartphone worked well and you can send the first test messages quickly. Satellite reception was even possible under glass. The different subscriptions were a bit confusing and you have to start with the paid service right away, can't try ml first. I'm curious to see if the battery really lasts 14 days.

Yeah! It works worldwide as long as there is satellite coverage (GPS, GLONASS, etc.). Basically it is designed for remote areas where mobile phones do not reach.

The device works with GPS coverage (NAVSTAR) and for greater positioning speed (at the expense of higher energy consumption) with the combination of GNSS satellite networks. The coverage is worldwide, so you have no problems in the countries indicated. The only issue may be jurisdictional over the use of satellite tracking equipment, but countries like the Philippines or Japan do not ban its use.

Does not include any. It must be activated online after purchasing the product in explore/garmin. You create an account in which you link the terminal (serial number) with your account. Afterwards you will have to pay an annual "toll" of €39.99 which does not entitle you to any type of SOS or message. It is the annual cost of having this type of device. If you want the product to subsequently fulfill its function and be able to go out to the mountains with it, you must decide the "Plan" that best suits you and it is all explained on the website. The plans range from €19.99 to €74.99/month. I activate it when I am going to go on an expedition and I take the extra charge because it has no message limit. The truth is that it is very easy to use it with your mobile once it is running. That is, do not go out to the mountains with it if you do not have the annual payment + the plan paid or it will be a useless gadget and will not save your life.

Hi, this is not a "walkie talkie" device type, so you can not make calls and transmit voice with this communicator. You can use it to track your location and using their satellite network you can send and receive messages, send SOS signal etc.
