A nice medium/fast action rod that loads nicely with a #5 weight floating line ( or even a #6 ), easy casting and a light slim blank ( easy on my 69 year old wrist lol ) very pleased with my purchase. Terry (Christchurch Dorset).

A great medium to fast action, #5 weight but can handle a #6 just about. Easy casting and the rod loads well with the #5 weight floating line. Nice slim blank and comfortable cork grip. Balances nicely with my 40+ year old ABU diplomat 178 reels. Great for a beginner or a seasoned angler like myself. What’s not to like?. Terry (Christchurch Dorset UK)
