The Octa in 0.10mm is a very round braided and smooth line. Perfect for feeding. However, in my opinion, the Fine Braid is more abrasion-resistant and knot-proof.

I had some apprehensions about this brand that I didn't know but this braid is impressive in its resistance to traction, knots and abrasion!!! I was looking for a 30/100th braid in 8 strands to occasionally fish for catfish, when I compared the prices I was tempted and I did well! The only downside is the coloring which I think will not last because as soon as the reel was filled the rings of the rod as well as the roller of the reel were already orange...

Cheap product and according to what was offered. I haven't tried it yet, but I imagine it's going well. Mikado is synonymous with quality at a moderate price. I love this brand and all the products I have purchased (rods, etc.) have pleasantly surprised me.

This is an excellent product, was purchased as line backing for my fly reels, however, this line is also excellent for Tenkara straight line leader for dry flies and as a nymph leader. Line is very flexible, light, and floats well on the surface water.
