The GORE-TEX®® Ocean Racer Boot: made for the harshest conditions. For complete waterproof protection and optimal breathability, the boot features the toughest GORE-TEX®® footwear membrane available. The CORDURA® upper and gaiter ensures outstanding durability. Areas prone to abrasion damage have also been reinforced with scratch rubber for complete protection. GripDeck rubber and a GripFlex tread to supplies exceptional, multi-directional traction on deck. And a unique DynamicFit bellowed tongue and bungee lacing system provides a locked-down, comfort fit.

- XPL water drainage in the side of the gaiter to allow water to escape
- Grip Flex multi-directional outsole grip for exceptional grip on wet surfaces
- A Grip Deck sole with a sticky rubber compound for sure grip on wet surfaces - non-marking
- The CORDURA® gaiter is incredibly durable, lightweight and adjusts at the back to keep water out
- EVA midsole, footbed and ankle protectors provide impact protection, comfort and support
- Microsiped outsole pods for lateral grip in wet conditions
- An elastic bungee on the gaiter provides a secure, adjustable fit

Great shoes, even for the toughest conditions. I swam in them in winter, it was warm, I swim in them in spring during regattas in very wet conditions and they were completely dry. At the same time, these shoes are very light so they do not hinder work on the deck, I recommend it very much !!! :)

I have them since 2018. Comfortable, warm, dry and breathable. Shoes are just as important as a good raincoat. It is not worth saving. Good grip on wet deck. Plus they are not heavy. It is worth having them during the night watch or when the conditions worsen.

Bought them for the 2019 edition of the Rolex Middle Sea Race and it was a great buy for the conditions we got southwest of Sicily - very wet. They did their job well!
