The PROSXBE panel is required to comply with current legislation craft navigating in Zone 1 and Zone 2 , Fishery , Passenger ships and port service class S and T.

Complete solution in one panel: Meets Art 55 + Section 26 of RD 1185/2006 .

How it works? When connecting the panel to AUTO , analyzes the state of the battery and if it is correct beeps 3 times , the status LEDs are lit and provides power through the battery service emergency equipment .

As soon as it detects that the service battery is below 24V or 12V , depending on the selection switch has been arranged , a time of 7 seconds ( 1 ) applies and if the problem continues emergency equipment are switched to battery emergency , it flashes the LED state services and the buzzer is activated .

When the panel detects that the backup battery is below 24V or 12V LED flashes the emergency state , activates the buzzer and , if used , the load relay .

The buzzer can be canceled by the ´STOP´ button but if the battery status does not change, is reactivated after 59m . If the battery recovers and services exceeds the switching voltage 0.5V , the panel will switch emergency equipment on the service battery .

A selector can we force working directly on emergency services or , in the latter case the panel is disconnected.

( 1) If the battery voltage drops from 12V to 10V or 24V to 22V , 7 seconds to automatically select the backup battery . If the battery voltage is less service at 10V or 22V , the selection of the emergency battery is immediate.

When connecting the module in AUTO mode analyzes the state of the battery and if it is correct beeps 3 times , the status LED Lights and gives power to the battery radio services.

When the module detects that the service battery is below 24V or 12V , as has arranged the selection switch , the radio emergency battery is switched, the LED flashes state services and the buzzer is activated .

When the module detects that the backup battery is below 25.0 V ( or 12.5 V ) puts the LED flashing emergency state , activates the buzzer and if used the charge relay .

The buzzer can be canceled by the ´STOP´ button but if the battery status does not change, is reactivated after 59m . If the battery recovers and services exceeds 0.5 V switching voltage , the module will switch the radio on battery service.

Using the front selector we can force to work directly on emergency services or , in the latter case the module is disconnected.

INSTRUCTIONS PROSXBE :

Connect the ammeter shunt loading / unloading emergency battery negative terminal on it. The two -wire measuring shunt ammeter by connecting them to the orange connector , two-way matching the polarity indicated in the diagram. In the event that the emergency battery is charged with an autoloader use without charging relay scheme .

If the backup battery must be charged the same alternator battery service , use the scheme with load relay will disconnect the load current after approx. 1 minute after you reach 28.8V on 24V battery case and if 14.4V 12V batteries .

The battery and the emergency services must be the same voltage, 12V or 24V and be affixed dip -switch marked at the corresponding position before feeding the module.

Connect the four wires to the gray connector module as shown in the diagram . The maximum output current to power the radio and the GPS is 12A and is protected by a resettable thermal fuse .

Secure the module to the panel with screws 3.5 x 16 ( 11248616 ) or the joints ( or PROSCRUZ proste ) with M4 x 8 ( 11158608 ) screws.
