I don´t know the exact dimensions but they are a perfect size when unfolded and when it comes to picking them up they take up little space because they fold up very well. I am very happy with this purchase. Very good material

No, they are not adjustable. It comes with some plastic stoppers but it doesn´t fit, you can just open and close the chair. It is very light and comfortable, let´s see how long it lasts...
