2 strands that do not fit together!

2 brins qui ne s'emboîtent pas !
Quite dissatisfied with the shipment: the cane is beautiful but the 1st and 2nd strands do not fit together, I had to sand a tip !! The protection of the cane is very light in the tube and the bottom of the sheath is torn!
