Awful arrogant customer service

Ordered this product and paid for the quicker delivery. The window of delivery stated an arrival time between 15th and 17th of July. Still hasn’t arrived as of the 19th and currently sat I a dept in Belgium. When I raised the issue with them that they should refund the difference between standard delivery and what I paid they ignored what I said and didn't even tackle this in their response. Instead they stated that the current circumstances ie COVID-19 were causing delays, which as they have been aware of since March at least is very poor. They went on to offer me a refund for an item I had yet to receive as covered in my complaint and directed me to their FAQS. When I challenged this they followed the same pattern refusing to refund the small amount asked for and again referred me to their FAQS as though within there was going to be a full explanation which would satisfying my enquiry. I would advise other customers to use Angling Direct, Tackle Uk or Harris Sportsmail who have excellent customer service and do not charge you for things they are unable to deliver.

The Tatula fisching rod is excellent and the price was economic. Delivery time was elongated.

The Daiwa Tatula Fisching rod is excellent. I think the Price was good. The item delivery was not punctual -there was a four Day delay. The carrier CAN not be reachable for a long time.
